Shipping Policy

We deliver products to different countries by Hongkong Post Service or international courier services.  The orders will be processed during business hours and shipped directly from our distribution centre in Hong Kong.  Please make sure you provide the accurate shipping address in ENGLISH (with postal code if applicable) and contact details including phone number for delivery purpose.  Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate delivery address or you have failed to show up at the agreed delivery time to receive the parcel.  We will charge an additional re-delivery cost.  The consignee is required to pay for all customs charges, import duties and taxes and postal clearance fees where applicable at the destination.


Hong Kong Orders
The order typically will arrive within 5-10 working days after order placement.


China & Macau Orders
The order typically will arrive within 7-14 working days after order placement.


International Orders
The order will normally take 10-20 working days to arrive, depending on the locations.


Delayed Shipping
We do not guarantee the delivery time since there are circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience.  However, we will try to ship out the goods as earlier as possible.

Shipping Fee

Standard Shipping Hong Kong: HK$50 per order

  • FREE Shipping Hong Kong on qualify orders HK$300 up

Standard Shipping  within Asia: HK$150 per order

  • FREE Shipping within Asia on qualify orders HK$500 up

Standard Shipping outside Asia: HK$250 per order

  • FREE Shipping outside Asia on qualify orders HK$1,000 up​

Standard Shipping or FREE Shipping do not apply to the following regions:

Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Benin, Bhutan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Chad, Congo (Brazzaville), Congo (Kinshasa), Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Georgia, Ghana, Gibraltar, Guinea, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Macedonia, Madagascar, Malawi, Maldives, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, Niger, Nigeria, Reunion, Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, Rwanda, Senegal, Seychelles, Swaziland, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Uzbekistan, Zambia, Zimbabwe

For those regions, a Shipping Fee of HK$500 will be charged per order instead.
